Thank you so much for a most-informative tour, Phil. We learnt so much and the further we advanced on the tour, the more sobering it became. Today will no doubt be an emotional experience.

Hi Phil. Just a short note to say thanks for a very special day yesterday. You went out of your way to make sure we received all we asked of you.

From trip through Europe the two days spent with you really stand out. It was very emotional visiting my grandfather’s grave. Your knowledge of the battle plan and my grandfather’s battalion’s action at Pozieres was outstanding. The Last Post at Menin Gate was also moving for us. Thanks again.

Our thanks Phil for a wonderful and memorable two days touring the Somme and Flanders. We take with us a far better understanding of what our WWI soldiers endured. A moving experience all round. Lest We Forget.

Absolutely amazing, you showed a whole part of our history we weren’t fully aware of. All Australians should know of our soldiers amazing feats in 1918 and General Monash.

Thank you Phil for all your knowledge and how you present it. It has added depth and colour to our  tour and duties on the Western front.
